Back in 2012, DJ Capital set up a [DJ • NEEQ Fund Phase I] from qualified investors, becoming one of the earliest private fund managers for NEEQ investment in China. Measured in terms of the investment experience and return on investment, D.J. Capital has already been among the first-tier of the NEEQ fund administrators.

顺应注册制大趋势，以及科创板、新三板精选层的相继推出落地，德骏股权投资基金主要投资于成长期、扩张期以及Pre-科创板、Pre-精选层阶段的优质企业。重点关注具有长期增长潜力并且受益于消费升级概念的泛消费行业。优先考虑投资符合国家战略性新兴产业发展方向的“两高六新”类优质企业。德骏股权投资基金以股权投资普通股为主，辅以可转债、优先股方式。以二级市场场外市场挂牌退出或转板IPO退出为主，以股权转让、回购、并购退出等其他方式为辅。

DJ NEEQ Fund mainly targets those quality companies in its growth stage, expansion stage,pre-NEEQ stage,pre-STAR Market stage or pre-Select stage, focusing on companies with a vision for a long-term growth in the consumer industry which also benefits from the consumer industry upgrade concept of the nation. Those quality companies that fit into the national development strategy are also on the priority list of our investment.

德骏资本股权投资团队核心成员曾长期在知名境内外金融机构担任高级管理职务，具有丰富的金融资产管理经验，熟悉境内外资本市场运作。近年来，在连续成立多支新三板股权投资基金的同时，德骏资本还不断拓展业务布局，围绕下列领域设立了多支专项股权投资基金。

The equity investment team includes members who had worked for top-tier financial institutions both domestic and abroad, therefore are equipped with rich experiences in financial assets management, and familiar with the operations of both onshore and offshore capital markets.
